The Network brings together representatives of a wide range of art and theatre groups. It was formed to bring together people involved in the performing, visual and literary arts through the borough. It also promotes cultural activities.
The Network has sponsored writing competitions, produced newsletters and pushed forward art and culture in Tameside.
